Days quoted for delivery are business days following dispatch. We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or forwarding addresses (including Aramex addresses). We use FedEx Express as it is a premium delivery service which requires a signature at the time of delivery, at the delivery address, as provided by you the customer. If you request any changes to the delivery directly with FedEx Express, or authorize them to deliver without a signature, we are no longer liable for any damage or loss once the package has been left according to your instructions.
