At MKnitwear, we carefully inspect, finish and sign off every order before it is packed and dispatched. We want you to be completely happy with the piece you have chosen, but we also understand that occasionally something simply isn't right.

Our return policy depends on whether you have purchased one of our Ready to Wear pieces or a piece made specifically to your individual measurements.

READY TO WEAR

Ready to Wear pieces can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it — unworn, unwashed and with all original tags, labels and security tape still attached.

We cannot accept garments that have been worn, altered, washed, damaged or soiled. If a returned piece does not meet these conditions, the return will not be approved and the garment will be sent back to you.

To Start a Return

Please contact us at margosknit@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We are available Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 CET, and will provide you with the instructions and return address.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for service and keeping your tracking information until your return has been completed.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

If you would prefer another size, colour or piece, the simplest and fastest option is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

This also means the piece you want does not have to wait for your original order to travel back to us before your new order can begin.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to make sure it meets the conditions above.

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping costs.

We process approved refunds as quickly as possible and will confirm once yours has been issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

MADE TO MEASURE — FINAL SALE

Made to Measure is different.

These pieces are created specifically for you according to the individual measurements and garment proportions you provide us — including your chosen size, garment length and sleeve length. Once we begin making your piece, it is being created for you rather than for our general Ready to Wear collection.

For this reason, all Made to Measure pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged because of fit, preference, change of mind or incorrect measurements provided when ordering.

We therefore ask you to take a little extra time when submitting your measurements. Please follow our measurement instructions carefully and, if anything is unclear, contact us before placing your order. We would much rather answer a question beforehand than make something that isn't quite right for you.

Of course, Made to Measure does not mean that you should accept a faulty or incorrectly made garment. If your piece arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or has been made differently from the measurements and specifications confirmed with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review it and make things right.
