All orders are shipped from within the European Union.

Orders delivered within the EU are sent with VAT included. No additional customs duties or import charges will be payable upon delivery.

Orders delivered to the United States, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. All applicable duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges are included in the final price, so there will be no additional import charges upon delivery.

If customer refuse delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for all incurred shipping, customs, return and handling costs. 

Orders delivered to all other international destinations are sent on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means that any applicable VAT, import duties, taxes, tariffs and customs-clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the final price. As these charges vary by destination, we are unable to provide an accurate estimate. Please consult your local customs authority before placing your order.

If customs charges applicable to a DAP shipment are refused, the order may be returned to us. Any shipping, customs, return and handling costs incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded.
